Semi-detached village house. Access by a staircase of about ten irregular steps from the road, then lodging on 3 floors. On the ground floor: cellars (bike and ski room). 1st floor: terrace, entrance, laundry room (shower), separate WC, 1 bedroom (2 single 90x190 cm bunk beds + 2 single 90x190 cm beds). On the 2nd floor: living room-kitchen with small balcony, living room. On the 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms, one with balcony (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm), bathroom (bath and toilet). 1 covered parking space (carport). Olympe gondola at 1.8km (Brides les Bains/Méribel). Free shuttle 30 meters in winter. Facing the village of Brides les Bains, well known for its hydrotherapy and its location at the entrance to the famous 3 Valleys, the Chalet Grand Air offers services to guarantee you the best of stays in all seasons: all linen is included, as well as housekeeping. The large dining room and the adjoining cozy lounge will undoubtedly witness beautiful moments of sharing, in a warm mountain atmosphere. Les Chavonnes is one of the 20 hamlets that make up the municipality of Courchevel. At its heart is the Chalet Grand Air, a spacious village house on 3 levels. It offers a beautiful living floor, 3 spacious bedrooms, a pretty furnished stone terrace as well as 2 small balconies where you can enjoy a coffee. The free shuttle (in season) picks you up 30 meters from the chalet, to reach the slopes of Courchevel and the largest ski area in the world.
