Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loggia. We are waiting for you !

The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room with a sea view of 25 m² with TV, Wifi included, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a loggia facing South.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, storage and work space.
- Bedroom 3 (attic): a single bed with a drawer bed, ideal for children.
- A shower room with shower and toilet.

Exterior:
- A loggia accessible from the bedroom on the first floor of the duplex.

For even more comfort are provided: high chair, baby bed, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
