Studio agréable bien placé, proche de la mer et des commerces, bien équipé.... Mais vraiment trop juste pour 2 adultes et 2enfants..le réfrigérateur ne faisait pas de froid, obligé d acheter des bouteilles de glace : Nous avons perdu de la nourriture. N avons pas vraiment profité ,Sommes partis 3 jours plus tôt .dommage

Très bien ! Calme, proche mer, proche ville

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Emplacement parfait pour visiter de grampcamp maisy, la pointe du Hoc jusqu'à Ouistreham. Nous avons pû faire Bayeux Caen et plein d autres endroits. Courseulles-sur-Mer est calme avec ses marchés son port. On est tellement proche de tout et il y a beaucoup a visiter, promenade... Concernant la résidence elle est aussi très calme les residents sont accueillants. Concernant le logement le parking privé et la machine a laver sont un plus. Proche mer. Cuisine très bien équipé. La terrasse est sympa.Communication avec le propriétaire au top. (Nous avons séjourné en famille.) On a adoré la Normandie. 😍

Studio avec terrasse sans bruit, sauf si voisins extrovertis. Très bien équipé.

Idéal pour un couple plus 2 jeunes enfants. Studio propre. Terrasse spatieuse. Quelques plantes ou fleurs dehors feraient une ambiance chaleureuse, mais sinon très correct. Emplacement de voiture dans l' immédiat. Non loin du centre, tout peut se faire à pied. L été le studio reste frais. Agence technique disponible en cas de souci. Idéal pour passer des vacances en famille.
