The hotel boasted a superb location and excellent amenities. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the room was both clean and comfortable, although the beds were on the firmer side. However, we experienced some issues with the lighting, as half of the fixtures were not working, which made it quite dark after dark, and one of the TVs was not functioning.

The food was bland. The customer service was fine. The room was outdated, for example, the carpet was coming up and the kitchen table had paint peeling off of it. The worse part was that there was a big white stain on the brown couch, underneath the couch pillows. It’s easy for housekeeping to miss it, but we were going to let our little daughter sleep on the pull out couch bed and that’s when we saw it. It looked like a man’s bodily fluids.

We had a late night arrival of about 1am. It was snowing and so cold. We were hungry too. The person at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. She offered us water and any items that had been leftover from breakfast. We bought a little microwave pizza and grabbed some cereal/milk from the breakfast bar. It was so nice that the rooms have a mini kitchen. We ate and were settled in our beds in no time! It is a business friendly place to stay. There were several people dressed for work, using laptops and having meetings at breakfast. It’s also a good place for families. They have a little activity courtyard and nice breakfast.

The two employees at the front desk were nice and helpful during check in. After that, complete staff disaster. Employees took it upon themselves to monitor the arrival and subsequent brief stay of a visiting associate of mine, including generating noise in the vacant room above me but setting off their car alarms several times while discussing theories of the visit, my cell phone use while I was in bed as they watched from the parking lot thru the too small blackout curtains, and from the room above, the adjacent ‘linen closet’ and hallway outside the room. At first it was amusing but quickly deteriorated into harassment. I left after a few hours around 3:28 am to find another hotel. Ridiculous.
