This property was not at all as described or as shown in photos. It was rundown, poorly equipped & maintained & had at least one resident cat with many cat visitors who used our front yard as a litter box. There were 3 antiquated locks that needed to be unlocked by various keys each time we returned. It was time consuming & scary & we only had one set of keys for the 3 of us. . After the first week I could no longer stand the smell, the cats & the whole set up so my sister & I moved out after finding another place. My cousin could not find other accommodation without a refund & was only able to leave a day early. I was very angry & disappointed with Expedia for listing this property & for the rating it received. It should be removed from their listings. I sent many messages to Management but little was done. I wrote before my arrival about my being terrified of cats and he assured me they had none but on occasion the neighbour’s cat came in the courtyard. That was not true as that cat was there all the time & being fed by the hotel. It made my stay a living hell, my worst nightmare. I am expecting an apology & reimbursement & removal of the property from Expedia.

Beds are super old and uncomfortably hard with moldy pillows to match. Shower is a joke that gets the bathroom floor wet when turned on. No privacy as everyone can hear everything and window shades can easily be seen through when drawn down at night.

not a great value. I paid $50 USD off-season on a Monday night. Internet really is non-existent (I think the bandwidth was being eaten by staff where my room was close to, but it still was bad off hours). Breakfast was basically coffee. Nobody was around when I showed up at 5p to check in. I had to call a number taped to the door. check out is 11a. better places.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Cozumel with breakfast

It was a quaint little place, very cute boutique hotel with breakfast in the morning and free water. Nice pool and loungers to relax in.

We really enjoyed our stay here because the staff were so kind, especially Mario. Cozumel itself is very safe but this property is very safe and we never felt threatened.

Warning under construction!

It’s a real boutique hotel. Nothing fancy. Very clean and comfortable, the pool was nice. The property has a full kitchen area that is shared with the guests, which makes it good for longer stays to prepare your own meals. At the time that we booked, they are doing construction, adding a second floor to the hotel. It was extremely noisy during the day with the construction. It was impossible to stay in the room, or even really hang out by the pool.
