Adequate stay.

This stay was adequate for our families needs. We loved that the room came with a little kitchen and a large fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, oven, and coffee pot. We did have an issue with the outlet not working for the microwave and coffee pot, but we did not need those.

Location is prime beds are comfortable. Towels and bedding stained. Very run down . Needs major maintenance repairs. Stairs at very slanted .

Tv didn’t work correctly, went to call front desk, phone didn’t work. Walked to the front desk, front desk staff couldn’t help with tv. Average room, terrible bed. Night shift front desk said she would give discount in the morning. Morning shift said they couldn’t do that.

Overall it was good. I was there for work and it was quiet and clean. My only feedback Is the room I was in the doorlock/knob want workung properly. I had to use my key card to close and lock the door properly, and had issues closing the door securely.

All of the available king beds were upstairs, and no elevator. Staff cheerfully helped with luggage -- without that help we could not have made it This should be indicated on the website
