Located on the raised first floor of a building surrounded by greenery, the apartment opens up to a spacious living area with a large solid wood table, a relaxation corner with a sofa bed, armchair, fireplace, and TV, and large windows that overlook the terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. The large, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and faces the terrace, with direct access to the communal garden. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, shower, and washing machine.
The communal garden is accessible and features relaxation areas with stone benches and tables.
Every detail is designed to ensure maximum comfort: Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, natural gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, and utensils.
Upon arrival, the apartment will be ready to welcome you with bed linens and towels for all guests, along with a welcome kit that includes oil, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee pods, washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
