Sijaitsee Mt Crested Buttessa, vuoren rinteessä. Upeat näkymät suurelta parvekkeelta päin vuorelle. Näkymät makuuhuoneesta, keittiöstä ja oleskelutilasta. Kaupat ja ravintolat aivan nurkan takana ja Historical Crested Butte vain lyhyen 10 minuutin (ilmainen) bussimatka, enemmän ostosmahdollisuuksia ja upeita ravintoloita kaikille elämänaloille.

Se on täydellinen paikka hiihtoon ja maastopyöräilyyn. Todellinen ski-in / ski-out ja bike-in / bike-out sijainti. Jos olisit lähemmin, istuisit vuorella.

You can’t get any closer to the lifts. Perfect location for watching new years eve fireworks and torchlight ski down. Very small bathroom with funky shower layout. Nice kitchen. Ski storage within steps of the lift is a plus. No bedroom clothes drawer storage and 1 small rod and shelf closet. I loved it, wife not so much.

Location of the condo is excellent. Definitely ski-in/ski-out. Short walk (less than 75 yds) to ski rentals and shops at the base of the Crested Butte ski resort. Small condo, but perfect for my son and I on a 4 day ski vacation.

Perfect location

This condo is the closest you can get to the lifts at the base of Crested Butte. It is a very comfortable space for 2 people. The Breville espresso machine was a luxury. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were prepared by all the other reviews for difficulty in finding the access to the condo and sure enough- despite very good directions by the host- we still had trouble the first time. It truly is a trek, especially with heavy ski bag and suitcase. Once we found it- the trek was well worth it. I will say that the owner is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever encountered and we really appreciated that. Overall the convenience of this condo can’t be beat!

Good little condo

Good little condo for a short trip. The condo was pretty well stocked. You can’t get any closer to a lift. Communication was good with the host. They typically responded within 12 hours of messaging. The bad with being so close to the lift and base area was the noise of the snow cat early in the morning and the music from Jose Mexican restaurant in the afternoon. Thankfully the music didn’t last that late into the evening.

Best location for ski trip!

This location of this property is unbeatable. We were the closest people on the mountain to the main lifts. The unit is clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Communication w/ owner was good and he was able to quickly address any questions.The only drawback is that parking is on the backside of the building and the unit is on the front, so getting your luggage in/out requires a couple sets of stairs and walking through the snow, but it's definitely worth the effort for having the best possible location.

Location, location, location!

This unit was the closest I have ever been to the ski lifts! Great location to the lifts and action after skiing. The unit is a little small but great for couples. The only challenge was getting to the unit from the parking lot. It might be useful to include a map showing the best route to access the front door from the parking lot. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay in this condo. Roger was so helpful and made the check-in process a breeze. You can’t beat being steps away from the lift. The hot tub is also amazing!

Excellent location, perfect hotel alternative

The owner was very friendly and communicative, and prepared me well for arrival and knowing local amenities of interest. The property itself was the perfect size for me and would be great for a couple as well. Those staying with added people, those extra folks will be on the couch in the living room. There are some comments about the difficulty in accessing the condo (you have to go up a flight of stairs at the front, then walk around the snow side, and go up one more flight to the condo, which faces the slopes), and yes this is accurate but it's really not a big deal unless you are extremely out of shape or otherwise impaired. I would not recommend it for those that have trouble with stairs. Not many folks looking for what is truly a ski in, ski out place would care about stairs, I imagine. After the initial hauling of bags to the condo, the stairs weren't even a thought or concern. Parking is simple and there is a parking pass. I had no issues with finding a space in the permitted lot. The condo is clean, has basic amenities for cooking, good working smart TVs, and a comfortable bed. I have zero issues with the place inside and out. There are two sliders leading to the balcony that looks directly at the slopes. Seriously, this was perfect. I attended a meeting next door at Elevation Spa and Resort and it was a 2 minute walk on the snow to get in to the hotel meeting space. Zero regrets about opting out of staying at the hotel!!

CB Ski Week Getaway

Fantastic experience at this ski in/ ski out condo. Very clean and accurate photos/description about this property. Much like the other reviews, the condo can be a little challenging to find but once you figure out the location and route to get to the actual condo it isn't too bad. Would be nice if the Axtel Building had a cut through route from the parking lot to the slopeside condos but that path is occupied by offices. Roger was great to communicate with and I would highly recommend this condo to couples or families of four. Great place.
