This delightful apartment offers a nice, cozy space perfect for a relaxing stay. Located within an easy walk from multiple restaurants, craft beer taproom, and grocery store. Creston boasts a large number of murals in the downtown area, including on on our building! The apartment stays pleasant year-round with mini-split heating and AC in bedroom and living room. The building was constructed in 1904, and has served many purposes over the decades. Acquired in 2020, the building was completely gutted and rebuilt to create two modern apartments upstairs and retail space on the ground floor. This apartment features a bumped-out seating area that provides an amazing view of Creston's Historic Depot (on the National Register of Historic Places) which serves as City Hall along with a model railroad display and art gallery on the ground floor.
