There is a sociable lounge/diner leading to an enclosed patio at the rear of the property allowing you to relax as the evening sets in.Ground floor: Recessed front door leads into: Open plan Lounge/kitchen/diner: with two sofas, dining table and four chairs and sideboard withTV and DVD player. Washroom: with WC and wash basin. Kitchen: with gas hob and electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, with doors leading into garden.
First floor: Stairs leading to small landing with doors to: Double bedroom: with double bed, chest of draws and hanging space. Twin bedroom: with 2 single beds, bedside tables, hangin space and balcony to the front of the house. Family bathroom: with shower over bath, WC and wash basin.
Please note: Outside: enclosed patio area to the rear of the property with outdoor seating. Bed linen and towels provided. Please Note: This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Pet considered, please enquire. The house perfect location and everything you would need except.

The house lacks a wardrobe .If there was 4 people staying in the house there would be nowhere to hang your clothes had to use clothes airier in spare bedroom.Otherwise loved the house.

Good. Missed having wi-fi. Dishwasher functioned better after we'd cleaned the filter. Anxious about front bedroom doors opening out to balcony when children might wander out there overnight. No other ventilation in that room.

Enjoyed are holiday happy with the accommodation.

Really good holiday lovely area close to Morrison’s which was handy, and close to Cromer shops. Only 1 problem the patio door to the balcony didn’t lock but it didn’t bother us much felt like a safe area.

Noisy property with very poor sound insulation.

Whilst well stocked and comfortable inside, the outside space was poorly maintained and the balcony unusable due to build up of dirt plus broken chair. But the lack of sound insulation meant we were woken at 7am by the sound coming through from next door. Not a relaxing break.
