We were very happy with this cabin! What a great experience. We arrived very lake, but access was easy and painless. The channel was also surreal at night with all the docks lit up across the water. Our favorite feature was probably the swing on the deck where we could sit and drink a morning coffee while listening to the loons. Then again I also enjoyed cooking bacon on the Blackstone while watching the great blue herons fish. Being able to enjoy the smell of my smoking pork shoulder on the Traeger while watching the bald eagles was pretty great too. If you are a boater, being on the channel gives you access to all the lakes while protecting your own boat in a sheltered spot where you can also watch all the boats drive past. My kids loved the sandy bottom shore with tons of curious fish. We all enjoyed the fact that there were tubes to use when our own tube sprung a leak. Being able to kayak and paddle board while watching the sunrise was also a highlight. My spouse loved the very clean and modern interior with tons of space for everyone. Almost forgot, who doesn't love a warm bidet on a cold morning? When we left, the ice maker provided us with plenty of ice to keep our food cold on the way home. My kids were looking forward to using the fire pit, but we had so much to do, we never got to that. On a rainy day, we had games to play and also went into town to check out the coffee shops and my kids especially loved the model railway museum and mini golfing in Crosslake.

This was our second time staying here. The property and house are amazing. The location is perfect and the dock makes it easy to access the lakes. The house has all the amenities a group may need. We will be staying here again next year. Highly recommended.

AH-MAZING property!

This home hit all the buttons for us! The bunkhouse with a full fridge and bathroom, all queen beds was fabulous for my daughter’s family of 4 and having a sleepover with a cousin as well! The king beds in the home was also a great amenity. My husband and i appreciate having a master suite as well. We also appreciate that there no steps/stairs to navigate. We are 70 and 65 and our last VRBOs on Cross lake had super steep staircases and this property was perfection! We used the lily pad and kayak as well. Nice dock to tie up the pontoon we rented. The kids could swim off the dock as well. There is plenty of room in the kitchen for prep and eating. The Blackstone was fantastic too because bacon could be cooked outside! No stinky house! Wait, bacon isn’t stinky! Outdoor seating and fire pit were used for s’mores and games after a fun day on the water.Another super awesome feature is that the home has blackout blinds! Only glitch we had was the house was at 80 degrees when we got back one day. The response to my text was immediate and within an hour the AC was back up and running! All in all, great property!

Stunning property! Beautiful furnishings inside and out, sandy bottom lake, beautiful firepit area...it was just top notch! Plenty of room for our group of 15! Grandkids had a blast in the water and fishing from the dock. Even the yard was pristine! We hope to come back.

Beautiful Lakeside Time!

Our family of two adults and two teenagers greatly enjoyed this fantastic home on the lake. The deck, dock and campfire area are outstanding and we spent hours reading, talking, eating and boat watching from it.

Parents of the groom post wedding celebration

We had friends and family from out of state celebrate with us after our son’s wedding, this cabin checked all the boxes, the Bunkhouse was perfect, never felt crowded with 12 people, the cabin was very well equipped, has a Traeger and Blackstone which were very useful, location was perfect and quiet, this is not your usual VRBO, highly recommended this place for your next get together!

Outstanding Stay

We had an amazing experience at Harlow Point. Our visit was prompted by a family wedding up north, and this location truly exceeded our expectations. With four bedrooms available, everyone enjoyed their own private space, while the kids comfortably stayed in the much larger than expected bunkhouse. The water views surrounding the property added to the charm along with a great deck and campfire area. The kitchen is well-equipped, boasting all the necessary appliances plus two outdoor cooking options. We didn’t get a chance to get in the water but look forward to going again in the summer months. I highly recommend this place for any group of friends or family seeking accommodation in Whitefish, especially with the advantage of four bedrooms and a bunkhouse for added privacy.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was just as advertised and was very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 families. We had fun watching the boats come by from the deck overlooking the water and enjoyed campfires at night around the fire pit. The bunkhouse worked out great for my daughter’s family with 2 small children. Chris was quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.
