Kick back and relax in this newly constructed calm, stylish space. Watch the deer in the adjoining field while enjoying breakfast in front of the picture window. Enjoy many included streaming services on the 75” Roku TV. The Bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and the living room has both a queen and twin memory foam pullout couches. Adjoining the bathroom is a large walk in closet. Enjoy a cup of coffee with a Keurig coffee maker. Full kitchen with all major appliances available. This unit is on a dead end road in a residential neighborhood, with the owners living in the main home close by. 1 dogs present in yard with 2 cats that may come say hello. We are located 12 minutes from Cumberland Mountain State Park, 10 minutes from I-40, and 20 minutes from the new Flatrock Motorsports Park. The entire Bungalow is available to you. The laundry is downstairs in the garage. The garage is not part of the listing but if you need the laundry we will set up your door code to work the laundry door upon request. There is also a 50 amp circuit in the garage that can be used with your charger to charge an EV. My number is written down on the refrigerator. Don’t hesitate to call or text with any issues. Early checkins and late checkouts may be available upon request

Clean, quiet and picturesque

The property is rural, but is close to everything. Super clean and comfortable. It was a very nice stay. I would not have been excited driving the CT-5 V down the street directly in front of the property, but as I was in the truck it was fine. This is not the owners fault but wanted to point it out.
