This beautiful south-facing vacation home has a private pool and a fantastic view of the vineyards of Cruzy, in the Hérault, 11 km from the Canal du Midi.



The interior of this charming and fully air-conditioned villa is comfortable and has a very welcoming atmosphere. It is located 40 km from the beaches of Valras. The house is located on the outskirts of the charming medieval village of Cruzy in the heights, yet it is protected from the wind. From the village you have a breathtaking view of the beautiful green countryside.

The pool with its Roman steps is located slightly below the house. Near the pool is a small covered terrace where you can enjoy a glass of fruit juice or a glass of Chinian wine, both local products.

Very quiet but not isolated, the property offers a lot of privacy. From the house you have access to many opportunities for hiking or biking.

The village of Cruzy is located in a lush green Saint-Chinian vineyard and offers a variety of stores, a petanque court, a tennis court and an archaeological museum.

Between vineyards and garrigue, it is the ideal starting point to explore the Mediterranean natural landscape on foot or by bike.

Don't miss the seaside resorts less than 40 km away such as Gruissan, Agde, Frontignan and Valras, the cities of Narbonne and Béziers. Also worth a visit are Minerve, the magnificent Cathar town and the African reserve of Sigean, home to hundreds of animals.
