The room, actually the hotel, was immaculate. After a long day of driving, the ease of checking in, and getting to room was smooth. Again, room was immaculate and well appointed. I was a bit disappointed to find the pool near empty and pool deck unusable, since we were up there on a hot spring weekend - but maybe it is a seasonal outdoor pool. The male staff at check in and when ai needed to buy a snack weren’t friendly at all. Prior to my arrival, I had a change that I wanted to make and the front desk person that helped (a female) was extremely Accommodating and pleasant. The beds were a bit on the hard side and unfortunately I could hear every sound from the room above which left me with little to no sleep :(
