O que o hóspede espera ao chegar depois de hs no trânsito e ser bem recebido , o hotel pode ser simples , antigo sem comodidade tudo é aceitável pq vc olha antes, agora ser mal atendido , infelizmente o recepcionista foi grosseiro , não tinha estacionamento , tudo bem e aceitável em Curitiba então , ele simplesmente me disse vc deveria ter olhado , estávamos de moto depois de 10 hs na estrada , não queria deixar nem descarregar as coisas que não podia deixar a moto na rua, bastava falar vou ajudar a achar um estacionamento pago tentei cancelar a reserva mas não foi possível . Atendimento é boa vontade cabe em qualquer lugar , felizmente pela manhã a turma era mais alegre o café é simples mas pelo valor da diária, justo poderia ter pelo menos ovos mexidos já que tem salsicha estaria ótimo viajamos muito e esse foi o pior atendimento que já tivemos

O quarto é pequeno, mas o que me deixou triste foi o banheiro, eu quase levei um tombo, o chao descolando. Outra coisa, a janela fica para a Rua, nao tem nenhuma segurança Fora isso, a localização é boa Tem que resolver o problema do banheiro urgentemente, eu hoje vou no medico, pois torci o pé que fiz uma cirurgia, por causa do banheiro que estava soltando o piso

Qualidade bem ruim, mas a equipe é boa.

Experiência horrível, quartos sucateados, chuveiro elétrico com problema saindo faísca, cama com pelos de cachorro e odor insuportável, vaso entupido, fui trocado de quarto 3 vezes e cada quarto com um problema diferente. Quarto 305 com odor e pelos de cachorro, quarto 204 com chuveiro elétrico pipocando, e quarto 202 com vaso entupido. A única coisa legal é o café da manhã e os funcionários da recepção e limpeza que são bem prestativos. O dono deve ser algum mão de vaga que não reforma o hotel.

Hotel bem ruim

Na chegada descobri que nao tem estacionamento próprio, deixei o carro em outro lugar com valor de 30 a diaria + 15 no pernoite. Hotel muito ruim, controle remoto da tv nao funciona e só resolveram 2 dias depois, limpeza do quarto é pessima...só limpam se voce pedir, e por ultimo o café da manhã e muito fraco. Não recomendo este hotel pela experiência que tive.
