Ficamos hospedados 3 dias, não passou nenhum serviço de quarto. Infelizmente o conforto foi péssimo, cama faz muito barulho, o travesseiro era muito ruim.. ponto positivo pedi para trocar o travesseiro e foram muito gentis. Outro ponto que incomodou foi a passagem de barulho externo dos corredores. Logo cedo dava pra ouvir toda a movimentação e com isso acabávamos despertando.

Na chegada do quarto me deparei com um quarto para PcD, com curtinas no banheiro em vez de box. Ao solicitar a troca na recpção, fui atendindo e direcionado a um outro quarto muito bom, porém, com um baita problema de instalação no ar condicionado, onde depois de 1 hora de funcionamento os canos do AR, que passam internamente do quarto começam a tremer e gerando um barulho assustador.
