O ar condicionado do quatro não estava funcionando. Solicitei que a manutenção verificasse o aparelho, mas continuou não funcionando e não me foi dada nenhuma explicação, nem oferecido para trocar de quarto. No último dia, na arrumação do quarto, não colocaram lençol de baixo na cama de casal, como retornei tarde da noite para o hotel não tive como solicitar para a recepção.
