Minha segunda estadia foi péssima. O banheiro/chuveiro do quarto com duas camas de solteiro alagava/transbordava e para piorar o chuveiro queimou, fazendo com que só saísse água fervendo, tive que me lavar com a água quase queimando, pois tinha horário para sair e ir ao aeroporto.

Precisa melhorar

Achei que deixaram a desejar. Meu primeiro quarto o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Tudo bem, isso acontece, mas houve demora na solução. Depois me mandaram pra um quarto em que o ralo do chuveiro empoçava e não havia shampoo no dispenser. Coisas básicas que poderiam e deveriam ser vistas para garantir a comodidade do cliente. O quarto também fica muito suscetível a barulhos de outros hóspedes, além de um compressor que ligava de tempos em tempos. A localização é bem servida de mercados, padaria, etc. Os funcionários são cordiais.
