A great value hotel in an excellent location

A lovely hotel in a busy and vibrant part of the city with great access to the historic parts of Cusco. The hotel is great value for money, very clean and well looked after. All the people working there are helpful, friendly and kind, working tirelessly to make guests enjoy there stay. When we stayed the clientele were a friendly mix of familes with youngsters, groups of friends and couples.

The staff is welcoming. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed and room. Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the city centre. The only bad thing I can think of is occasionally I can hear neighbours shutting their doors loudly but this is not a big concern.

The hotel furniture is brand new, and the jacuzzi is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the walls are extremely thin — you can hear everything, both from outside and inside the hotel. It’s very difficult to sleep, so I strongly recommend bringing earplugs. Also, when you book the hotel, you’ll receive a message about transportation services and tours that the hotel can arrange for you. Just a heads-up: that never actually happens. Communication between the hotel staff and guests, especially if you’re booking from outside Peru, is very poor.

An excellent hotel located less than 10 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas in a very lively area. Breakfast excellent plenty of fresh fruit, bread & eggs. Tea, coffee & water available 24x7. It was very good and very close to town. The free breakfast was excellent and had a great variety. The only thing that I had a problem with in the beginning was finding the place as it doesn’t say Kantu Hotel on the building but it’s right next to San Pedro church

The hotel room wasn’t ready until 1 hour after check in. In 5 days, my room was never cleaned. No new towels. No trash removal. No additional toilet paper and other toiletries.
