Casina Litta is a charming country cottage with outbuilding, nestled in the countryside in the area of Cutrofiano, the heart of Salento. The vacation house has large outdoor spaces equipped with a shared pool, barbecue and parking.
There are, in addition, accessories such as air conditioning, electric oven, hair dryer, mosquito nets etc. Casina Litta offers up to 8 beds. Pets allowed.

Casina Litta is surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden, in which there are relaxation areas such as swimming pool, solarium with sunbeds, swings, as well as equipped spaces for outdoor dining, surrounded by nature.
The interiors of Casina Litta are very simple: living room with open kitchen, 1 single bed, loft with 1 single bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room.
Next to the main house is a brand new studio apartment that offers another 4 beds, between double bed and sofa bed for two.

Casina
Litta is a country vacation home, in the heart of Salento. It falls
within the territory of Cutrofiano but is at the center of an ideal
triangle between the towns of Aradeo, Cutrofiano and Collepasso, from
which it is only a few kilometers away.
The location makes it easy
to reach both the beaches on the Ionian Sea, such as Gallipoli, less
than 20 km away, and the seaside resorts on the Adriatic coast such as
Otranto, the marinas of Melendugno, and Castro, all more or less 30 km
away.
 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bedroom has no door but a curtain.
- Composed by a main unit and a dependance.
