Good location. Nice spacious room. Staff are ok. Didn’t get my welcome drink. Others got them somehow . We had a 2 bedroom, spacious but a bit cold in design. Torn sofa. Overall, it’s nice.

Room was clean, bed and pillow were good and comfortable. Room isnt big for 2 luggage opened at the same time but it is managable for 2 people. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was decent and has a someone making different types of pho each day. I enjoyed breakfast very much. Location was good, very close to Han market! Definitely should go to han market! It was packed with south korean tourists buying good quality fake stuff 😅 Overall da nang city is small hence walkable everywhere. Also it is close to airport as well. If I come back, i would stay here again.

Clean room, good views of the dragon bridge, very centrally located near markets, restaurants/bars, and the airport. It was the perfect pre-flight stay as it’s only 10-15min drive from DAD. Staff were very accommodating and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Don’t be fooled by the aesthetics of this hotel, though at first glance the building and the room may seem pleasant on your booking website. But the lack of details really take away from the experience of your stay. Starting with the entrance of the hotel. It is on the second floor where you either have to walk up a flight of steep stairs with your luggage or you have to enter through a narrow cafe corridor to get to the elevator in the back. Then enter the room. We booked a premium room with balcony. The balcony can barely fit one person, one might argue a Juliet balcony might be bigger. The views is great if you don’t care for a good night sleep as the road noises travel through the thin glass doors as though they were made from paper. Shower has no curtains and the water is not warm with very low pressure. The bedside tables do not open due to the tacky circular bed blocking their movement. The tv has a maximum volume that is nearly inaudible that made me question if I had early onset hearing loss. It is shocking how poorly this hotel is designed for being in such a beautiful location, whoever designed this hotel should have their designer licence revoked. In addition we booked an aroma therapy massage but there were no essential oils involved. Though the massage was great, it was still misleading sales information

Good location to see the dragon bridge from the rooftop bar and close enough to walk to it for the close up experience. The breakfast was included and a little chaotic so would recommend going outside of their busy times. They have these notes in the entrance to the breakfast area let down was the service and staff at the rooftop bar - everywhere else in da nang and Vietnam has been amazing! We reserved a table before we ate dinner in the hotel only to find when we returned they had given it to someone else. Service was hard to obtain too even though it was quiet and other tables also commented on experiencing the same. We appreciated the reception staff letting us know of the festivities happening *we booked soundproof balcony room facing river - please note these are not sound proof and balcony is only small ledge.

We stayed in 1504 - corner suite room, 3 balconies (just big enough to stand on, but they did the job) great views of the Golden Dragon Bridge. Everything is right outside the hotel. Miss Vi on reception was fabulous. Thank you

Extended 1 more night in the same hotel. Overall staying experience was perfect. Breakfast was reasonable. Enough to feed you for the morning. I love the spa massage. Room and environment is lovely and comfortable. Worth doing it after your long day walk. I had my foot and body massage fo 3 consecutive days.

Bathroom was really messy the entire time, drainage system is terrible inside the restroom, and the entire time there was a bad smell from the restroom. Worst smell in our Asia stay by far, was moving throughout Japan and Vietnam for about 20 days and this was our least favorite place to stay, and one of the most expensive.

Beware when booking with this unit that the room you get isn't exactly what's shown in pictures. My first stay at this property I got the Riverfront room with 2 large windows with nice views. I booked the exact same unit again but this time I was in a more corner room with a small window that shows a bad riverfront view. Staff wasn't helpful and they said that just depends on availability of the nicer room, which is a bit misleading when booking.
