I was really disappointed with my stay here. I am not a fussy person whatsoever but this was definitely the worst place I have every stayed. I was barely greeted upon arrival, not shown to my room, I had no hot water and as I went to bed, bugs kept coming out from the head board and were crawling all over me - I wanted to leave right then and there but was shattered from travelling so I ended up sleeping on the other side of the bed. I am also at fault for not complaining straight away, but the hotel is musky, dark and unkept and I wouldn't recommend this hotel even if you are on a tight budget. The manager offered me a new room which was better than my previous one, however by that point I just wanted to leave. I was not able to receive a refund for my last night, which I don't think was fair considering the nights experience.
