Loan is the best host!

Great stay. Night Market at end of street. Block from river and a short bridge to Ancient Town. Nice place, and Loan was the best host. Incredibly communicative leading up to the stay, and always available the whole time I was there. Speaks great English. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here. The owner organizers all of our airport transfers (very reasonable price) and a day tour for us. She was very helpful and kind. Really enjoyed our time here. We will be back

We arrived here around 3 am local time and stayed 2 days. Check-in service was pretty bad because they couldn't speak English well. So we had bad communications. However, the location is perfect. There are mini markets, cafe, and landmarks, etc near accommodation.

Really nice stay at Ngo Villa. Warm and welcoming staff members who were very helpful even before arrived in Hoi An with transport. Rooms are really nice with a little balcony. Breakfast was also very good and served just over the road at their home stay. Again, the staff here where great from beginning to end. I would recommend this hotel for a trip to Hoi An and would deffinetly stay again.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis du début à la fin de notre séjour à Ngo House Villa. Nous avons eu la chance de tester plusieurs commodités (transfert de et vers la gare, réservation d’activités, location de vélos, lavage) et nous avons été très bien servis et rapidement. De plus, la piscine a été grandement appréciée à la suite de nos marches dans la chaleur d’avril. Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement à quiconque cherche un excellent rapport qualité-prix!

Stay away

The whole stay was very bad. The street is a renovation site so it's impossible to sleep after 7am (even though the hotel staff said 8am.. which wasn't true). The towels and bed sheets were stained and dirty. The room was full with little bugs that Walked inside our bad and clothes. When we asked for new bed covers the lady at the reception said that it will be changed but she we came back at 5pm we realized it wasn't. Asking why, she just replied that she forgot and said that now it's not a good time to change it.. (5pm again..). Finally the staff changed it. And the desert - I lost a sock thanks to the laundry service and the staff didn't care at all about looking for it - said there s nothing to do about it. After editing- found dirty underwear in the closet. Belongs to the last guest probably. Breakfast was good
