Very well-kept property that is popular for beach-goers. What the hotel lacks in intimacy it makes up for in its proximity to the beach and lovely rooftop pool and bar area. The elevator banks are constantly working to keep up with the flow of guests going between floors. Staff were all amazing - many stood out especially Tranh the food n beverage manager who was very hospitable - introducing me to Vietnamese breakfast and offering me a coconut coffee that was very generous and kind. The hotel is located very centrally on the beach front The room welcome was very impressive especially the hand written card - little details and the good night Vietnamese treats were special and a nice touch. The staff overall especially the doormen and rooftop bar staff were genuinely kind and good.
