Great, efficient check in. Really nice staff who made it a point to say hello and ask about your plans during breakfast. Breakfast was good, nothing exceptional, but sufficient. Rooms well appointed, spacious, and clean. Good location - midpoint between beach and old town. Hotel provides shuttles but easier to take a grab rather than being limited to shuttle schedule.

The staff and service were absolutely excellent however the room wasn’t the best we’ve stayed in. I had higher expectations and unfortunately felt like they may have had better rooms than the 1 we were given for 5 nights. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and everything felt over used and run down in the room. The bottled water was not nice at all and we opted to buy our own. It felt like they kept refilling the same bottle which didn’t smell nice. The bathroom door didn’t shut until you forced it which was a nightmare with our toddler when she’d be asleep! Spider webs in the windowsill in the bathroom which never got cleaned. Noisy rooms that everyone could hear in and out of. The staff though were all absolutely lovely and no complains about any of them at all.

Clean comfortable mid size room. Staff are very helpful. Buffet had a wide selection and the onsite lantern making class was a convenient rainy day activity. Location is about 10mins out from town but they have free shuttle service for guests.

Loved this hotel and staff I talked to. Very friendly and welcome to foreign guests. Hotel is also in an area where it would need to flood like 10-15 feet for it to be affected, so a good choice during when there is rain in the region compared to the old town.

The staff at The Saga Hotel, especially the manager, Ly, were exceptional and went above and beyond. Ly was so kind and courteous. She really went out of her way to help us. At check in, she upgraded our room so that we would have a quiet room to rest in. It was a beautifully decortaed room on a higher floor overlooking the pool. The next day when we had upset stomach, she ordered ginger tea for us and phoned around to find a pharmacy that was open. Lastly, at check out, there was some flooding in the street due to the amount of rain from the day before, and again Ly, the manager, went out of her way to find us a scooter that could take us to a drier street where she then ordered us a private car to take us from Hoi An to Da Nang, our next destination. Without her help, we would have had to wait for hours to find a ride in the rainy weather they were having. We are extremely grateful to Ly for verything she did for us. She is a very kind person and an excellent manager who truly goes out of her way to accommodate clients.
