The hotel was in a great location and offered good value for the price. However, there were a few downsides to my stay. There were no toiletries provided such as shampoo or conditioner, which was unexpected. The TV only worked via an app, which was confusing to use. Also, the air conditioning turned off whenever I left the room, as I was only given one key card – which made coming back to a hot room uncomfortable. With a few improvements, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

This place far exceeded our expectations. We liked it so much we joked about how could we live here permanently? The room was spacious, the breakfast was excellent, the location was fantastic but beyond all that it was the staff itself and their dedication to service that really Made this place stand out. The staff was second to none! Highly recommend!!!

This is a great hotel if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, yet in a quiet area. The facilities are beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and modern. The place is super friendly, nice, and helpful, breakfast offers and laundry available. The place was inside the old town. Highly recommended place to stay when you want to visit Hoi An. I am definitely come back next year and many more years. Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, hiện đại, và thân thiện. Khách sạn có cung cấp bữa ăn sáng và có dịch vụ máy giặt xấy nếu cần. Khách sạn ngay khu phố cổ. Rất khuyến khích nơi ở lại khi bạn muốn đến thăm Hội An. This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Old Town Hoi An making it a walkable distance to almost all attractions or just a short drive. Staff is friendly and always ready to assist in any way. Breakfast has a great selection from authentic vietnamese food to western food.

Property looks much nicer on the exterior but rooms are just okay. There was some mold build up in the shower. Also the water heater for the shower must’ve been broken because the water temperature stayed lukewarm and did not get any warmer than that. They used a heavy lemongrass aroma to mask the musky smell in the room but it was pretty apparent the next day after the fragrance wore away. Breakfast was decent. Pros are the warm and friendly service, convenient location, cheap cost. Definitely a no frills hotel.

Thuy Duong 3 Boutique Hotel

Lovely hotel, well maintained and very clean. Staff are all lovely and very helpful. Beautiful pool (although I did not use it) so if you fancy a chill day you've got everything to hand. Breakfast is a buffet and it was exceptional, pretty much everuthing you vould wish for. The location is really good for pretty much everything and the old town is only 5 or 10 minutes walk. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel venue.

Great hotel

Loved this place and how close it was to everything. Easy to get around and walkable. Staff were kind and attentive. The breakfast was by far the best with the quantity and variety of food.
