Nice property, clean and updated. However, I think the parking fee was a bit steep. It was uncovered and not fenced or gated. If you had to park in the back of the hotel, it was quite a walk to the front a hill.

Kenton did a great job welcoming us & explaining everything we needed to know. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and it smelled good as well! All the restaurants are only 15 minutes or less away. The shuttle got us to & from the airport on time and the driver was very friendly (he’s from Africa) lol I forgot his name. I will be staying at this hotel every time I visit Dallas.

Disappointed as a Multiple Time Guest

Ive stayed at this hotel several times for work. This is the first time Ive had such a bad experience. The male at the registration desk was fine with us, but he seemed like he hated his job and was very rude to other people. Thw girl who worked at the bar was too busy talking to regulars to take our order. The pizza "flatbread" came out on bagels, lol. My shower floor was grimey. Like soap scum grimey. The rest of the room was great.
