The Space:

Welcome to your stylish home away from home in the heart of Downtown Dallas! Backed by 10 years of trusted hosting, this modern 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on the 9th floor offers stunning skyline and pool views. The space features an industrial-chic design with exposed brick walls and unique ceiling fixtures for a distinct urban vibe.



Start your day with a complimentary breakfast and coffee from our onsite restaurant, TalkinSpoon by Guest356. All guests enjoy one free breakfast item (Texas Toast Egg & Cheese Sandwich or two Breakfast Tacos) and a 12 oz coffee each morning. This offer is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.



Inside your apartment, you'll find:

Please note: The second bedroom is a semi-private area within the living room, sectioned off with curtains for privacy.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire apartment. You also have full access to all building amenities during their operating hours. Please note the schedule:



• Swimming Pool: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool is closed on Mondays for routine maintenance.

• Indoor Gym: The 24/7 fitness center is located on the 1st level near the leasing office.

• Game, Art & Music Rooms: These creative spaces are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Cinema Room: Enjoy a movie night in the private cinema, open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please remember to bring your own DVDs.

• Pre-Check-In Required: You must complete a pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and our digital guest app. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card and released within 3 days after checkout.

• Check-In/Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

• Extra Items: A pack 'n play or one air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for an additional fee of $35/night.

• Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading

• Off-street parking: 1 space included; additional parking may be requested

• Disclaimers: The decor and furniture may vary slightly from the photos. No refunds will be issued for planned or unplanned closures of building amenities like the pool or gym.
