2022 built home - equipped with a spectacular home gym! Enjoy plenty of space with 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and spacious living rooms with 85" TVs both upstairs and down. Each bedroom has its own TV, closet, blackout shades, and premium cotton sheets. Get a great night's sleep.

The kitchen is ready for fun, featuring a convertible dining, ping-pong, and air hockey main table, and provides desirable appliances such as an air fryer, blenders, Keurig, and coffee maker. Clean up is easy with your brand new dish washer.

Central air and ceiling fans in every room of the home will keep you comfortable in the Texas heat.

The well equipped home gym also has heating and air conditioning with ceiling fans of its own. Do a whole body workout on the Powertec Multi Station plate loaded gym, or hit some classic free weight squats or dumbbell movements with a solid selection of dumbbells ranging 5-65 lbs, bumper plates, and a squat rack. Did we mention the squat rack has a plate loaded cable pulley station, landmine, and battle rope? Air conditioned cardio is also possible with our Rogue Echo bike. There's also kettle bells and even a TV, plenty of options to have an incredible home workout experience.

After a hard workout the theater recliners and big bean bag chairs will be great to relax in as you catch up on your favorite shows or movies. Snag a drink from the upstairs living room fridge.

If you care to brave the heat, there is a provided corn whole set for the small backyard. Park two cars in the driveway and a couple on the street if needed, just be courteous of your neighbors.
