Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:



1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8

3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)

4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.



Pets are allowed based on their size, but please notify us in advance to confirm your intention to bring a pet to prevent any potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be charged.



Pet fees vary depending on the length of your stay: $25 per night per pet for stays of 1 to 4 nights; $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights; and $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more.



Please be aware that the company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.

To meet legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. All guests must sign a rental agreement that details the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:



- Adhere to our rental terms and conditions before booking.
