My favorite place to stay in Addison. My husband and I stay here about once every couple months, always a good experience. The pool and hot tub are always nice and clean. Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Price is fair. This one gets all the stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I mixed about the Hyatt House as there are. There are some significant pros but many cons. The location is great. The concept of a layout like an apartment complex is nice. The rooms are big and have all the necessities for a longer stay. And being a Hyatt associated facility you get some of the Hyatt perks like the breakfast and the bar and the cafe, The pool, stuff like that. On the downside is the cleanliness. You can tell that there is much neglect when it comes to cleanliness and cleaning. And the roaches everywhere outside of the room and some in the room are a clear indicator and red flag as to the cleanliness of this property. My whole family was creeped out by the roaches. Another negative is no elevators and I had the hardest time lugging my family's luggage up and down three flights of stairs in the Texas heat, I was too tired and irritated after that to enjoy any of the amenities of this hotel. Now the best part was the front desk staff were very helpful, especially when it came to helping me get back some of the stuff I left in the room. As I checked out they went out of their way and were very helpful and located when I left and got it back to me. So I am thankful for them and impressed by their service. And the breakfast food was pretty good.

The rooms are nothing special. Average and not particularly impressive, but the location makes up for it. The hotel is just steps from Addison Circle Park, which hosts several events throughout the year, and within a 5–15 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The price is also very reasonable. Also right across the street from train and bus stop.
