The property was nice i just found a crack in the ceiling of my bathroom that became an issue when the room above me took a shower. However when the staff was informed i was promptly offered the chance to change rooms which was appreciated.

Disappointing stay

I had a very disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn. First, my reservation was canceled without my knowledge. They claimed they called me, but I never received a call. They also said they were trying to get my deposit—something I’ve never encountered at any other hotel, as I’ve always paid at check-in. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since I was traveling from out of town and suddenly had nowhere to stay. After some back and forth, the front desk found me a King Executive Suite, but I ended up paying much more than I had originally planned. To make matters worse, my room was not properly cleaned—it was just a surface-level cover-up. I found a dead roach in the bathroom, which was clearly visible, meaning no one even attempted to clean it. There was also trash on the floor in the room. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but I could never get an answer. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

After booking this room very last minute due to a BNB disaster, I was very pleased with the property and the service. Staff was incredibly friendly and gave me the run down on the area and all things good options. Room was clean and smelled nice. Easy to get an uber downtown and back.

An asset to the company

Orin at the front desk was friendly, kind informative, and very helpful when my husband and I checked in. He told about all the different restaurants, stores, shopping nearby.
