The stay was great. There are cosmetic issues that should be addressed, like the broken curtain rod & sunken light switch in bedroom near back door, the flapper issue in main bathroom, the squeeky beds. This seems like a quick flip on this house. Attention to little details would be good. Another suggestion would be to paint address at front of house. All other accomodations were up to par. The above would not hinder a rebooking, but would make the stay better.

Comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood. We were a group of 4 and we had plenty of space to relax. There is secure parking with entry via the alleyway. It looks like a great walking neighborhood, but we did not have time to partake. The home could use a more thorough cleaning and sugar/cream for the coffee, but otherwise we were content.

Nicely Remodeled House

In town for family wedding and this house fit the bill for us. Plenty of space in open living area, bedrooms comfortable, nicely remodeled. House was very clean and tidy. Good communication with Nathan. Would definitely stay again!

Surprisingly spacious small house

We had 8 people staying in the house for a week. The 4 bedrooms made the central area a great spot for all to congregate. Communication with the owners was excellent with instant responses.
