With its fully stocked kitchen, open concept living and dining rooms, coffee bar, amazing rooftop views, three bedrooms (each with their own private bathroom), Tribute Retreat has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay.

As you enter the home, take the stairs up to the second level to our open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. Our kitchen is fully equipped with quality cookware and everything you will need for a sit-down dinner. The kitchen and dining room have ample seating for your group to enjoy time together.

Engage in conversation and board games with friends and family in our cozy living room with comfortable seating for everyone. Enjoy a movie night on the 65” TV. Fast free internet though out the house.

Coffee and tea connoisseurs will love our coffee bar. Tribute Retreat is stocked with a variety of Keurig coffee pods, traditional drip coffee, flavored syrups, milk frother, creamer, hot cocoa and teas. A bonus mini coffee bar can be found in the main primary suite on the first floor.

You will get a restful night’s sleep on our comfortable mattresses and luxury super soft linens. Are you a night owl? Want to get away and escape the noise for a moment? Well, the two primary suites have smart TVs with free local channels, free digital channels, or you can stream your favorite movies on Netflix, Hulu, and Prime using your own account.

Note: a queen size air mattress is provided for party's over 6 people (up to 8 max).

When the Texas weather permits, you will enjoy winding down on our rooftop deck with spectacular views of the entire Arlington Entertainment District.

Say goodbye to bathroom traffic jams! With plenty of bathrooms available, you can indulge in your morning routine without worrying about anyone else's schedule, ensuring a stress-free start to your day.

There is plenty of room for both your oversized SUV and a full size-truck inside our tandem garage. Note, we can only guarantee you the two parking spaces inside the garage. Space is limited for public parking inside the community and is on a first come/first served bases.

If the need arises, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are clean and ready for your use.

We are fanatics about cleaning! We are owner/operators and personally inspect our home before you arrive and make sure everything is up to our high standards.

Enjoy exclusive access to our entire town home as our guest. Explore all the rooms and amenities at your leisure, with convenient parking in the two car garage and driveway. Unlock the keyless entry door using a unique key code provided 24 hours before your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note that the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR THIS HOUSE IS EIGHT (8) GUESTS/VISITORS AT ALL TIMES. Therefore, we will not be able to accommodate requests for any guests, visitors, parties, reunions or other type of group setting requiring more than twelve people. (By City Ordinance).

Please note that our townhouse is equipped with three beds (2 King & 1 Queen). A full sized queen air mattress with bedding can be provided for groups needing additional sleeping arrangements.
