Inexpensive and convenient to Dallas airport 10 minutes away with a free shuttle…. small room but had a king size bed TV coffee maker ironing board microwave mini refrigerator perfect for our one night stand on the way back from Mexico. Westin right next-door for a drink and food and also Denny’s across the street.

The deadbolt lock on the door on our first stay(different room)was broken. The room looks pretty clean but the room is so old and broken down looking that it felt dirty. But The price was low and the staff were courteous. We didn’t feel unsafe at all.

Very run down establishment. Not clean.

This place needs an overhaul. I canceled my reservation after the first night. There were stains all over the place. Furniture is all beat up. Walking through the halls it almost felt like an abandoned building. I wanted to look for bed bugs but it was so late I didn’t want to find a different hotel. Long story short I slept with my clothes on and didn’t walk across the room without shoes on.

Shuttle service is terrible. The shuttle vehicle is old and in poor working condition. There was a spring ticking out of the seat that my wife ripped a hole in her pants sliding over the seat. The hotel does not offer a courtesy bottle of water and the water dispenser in the lobby does not work.

After calling for shuttle, the driving informed us we had too much luggage only to load two couples with two suitcases each. We’re told he would call for another driver but didn’t. Waited almost an hour for him to rerun to pick us up only to pick up several others till there were no more seats. Very rude!
