Pros: Accessibility to downtown and Deep Ellum was great. The staff were very friendly. Nice lobby area. There is a parking lot directly across the street. The street is pretty quiet and safe. There's a highly rated speakeasy at the hotel if that's your thing. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Cons: The power went off in the room twice during my stay. The staff were helpful to get it back on, but it was frustrating. It can be loud when other guests walk by and the rooms are obviously small and close so I suggest having a background noise app on your phone or noise machine to drown it out.

Hotel was in an okay location. Parking across the street was okay as well. The walls were not the most sound-proofed and TV channels were not great. All of that said, the service was amazing and the room was clean and had everything I needed.

Great solo spot

great room very small hence the name micro room, room is very up to date, didn’t like that they have no parking lot so everything is paid parking & the parking in front of the building lets you pay for 2hrs max, not to far from 90% of dallas nightlife so that’s a + they also have a bar upfront & a speakeasy upstairs if you want to stay at the hotel.

I was attending an event at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. It was an easy 20-30 minute walk from the hotel. Also an easy walk to area with several restaurants.

Nice place, has a bar. Located close to a decent section of Dallas. Parking accross the street was very cheap for the night. Small room is fine. Did not like that i could not find a cup and so was very thirsty all night.
