Honestly the whole stay was unpleasant. The bed was extremely hard and both my partner and me had been struggling with back pain since staying here. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling in multiple spots. The breakfast was only open for a short period so we don’t even wake up in time to be able to get anything. Definitely recommend looking somewhere else.

Person at check-in lacked good customer service. She never smiled and seemed annoyed by my questions, including when I asked how to get to my room. I would think that when checking in at a hotel, you would be directed to where the elevators are. The property was clean but was very old.

Cockroach in our rooms. We moved 3 times to try to find a room without cockroaches. Tried to speak to a manager several times but was told that she was out and staff had NO way to contact her. Staff was Indians tried to help but the hotel needs an overhaul. Continental breakfast was awful.

Room was very bud condition. Water leaking then change room at midnight without apologize. Next room also had problem that half of room lights are no working. Water bowl didn’t have stopper on the drain pipe and I requested put it on. They put it on after I had three times requested that day was 5 or 6 days after I checked in. I am so tired stayed in this hotel this time.
