This was a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight. The team was able to clear up some double reservation issues and I really appreciate the help Juana provided. The room was very good and I was able to get a later checkout so I could get some important work completed. The wing was under renovations but was only a minor inconvenience.

The shuttle and front desk were NOT on the same page with times, schedule or no schedule, etc. that was very frustrating when I was expecting not to have to pay for a Lyft at all after being told we could anywhere within 5 miles as long as I called ahead to get an ETA.
