We had to move rooms 3 times because of showers not working! Then the whole reason we booked this hotel was because theu had an indoor pool. Well we get there and the indoor pool was closed by the health department! Also, the rooms have no microwave or coffee pot, you have to go to the lobby. And the breakfast was not great at all.

The pool is closed by the health department and it’s advertised open online. The WiFi doesn’t work, and we were placed right next to a room where kids beat on the walls jumped on the floors and ran up and down the halls until midnight. We even had same kids banging on our door at 11:30 Honestly probably one of the worst stays we’ve had in a long time.

The hotel was nice, the staff was good and the breakfast was delicious. BUT.....the ONLY reason I booked this specific hotel was for the indoor pool and hot tub. Upon arriving I was told the pool had been closed by the health department almost a month prior. I was disappointed that they did not update the website (or send an email/text) to disclose this. I had promised a pool to my 5 year old granddaughter and despite indicating one would be available, we were both let down. I understand things happen, but had I been advised, I would have stayed at a different location. I want to add, this trip was part of her Christmas gift, so the whole trip was planned around her. Sad eyes, complete with tears, because she couldn't swim doesn't matter to them, but it mattered a lot to me.

Health dept had the indoor pool shut down and noone even bothered to tell us, thats the only reason we booked a room there for my daughters 10th birthday so they ruined her birthday!! Mold in the bathroom along with hair in the shower, tv would not work.
