We had a very frustrating stay, as we had to change rooms three times. The first room was not cleaned properly and had hair everywhere. The second room’s AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and we suffered through the entire night without help. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and they even downgraded our room, which felt very disrespectful. The only positive experience was the electrician—he was very kind and genuinely tried to help us.

Shower didn’t drain well. Toilet had troubles. The Shuttle service was worthless. The first night, we got to our reservation on time. But, we waited 50 minutes after calling for pick up from restaurant. The following night, after checking with the front desk and the driver in advance, we had to take an Uber back to hotel.

I needed to refrigerate something and had to request a key for the minibar in our room. Fridge was broken, not cooling and dirty. I reported it, was told it would be fixed while we were at dinner. It wasn’t and no one checked back with us on it. Service level of staff was inconsistent between team members.
