Had a great experience here. The complaints of road noise are understandable but I ran the fan overnight and that drowned out a lot of noise. I found all the staff to be very nice and helpful and the food was very good. Overall it was a very relaxing stay.

Valet and Parking staff members were fantastic. So kind and friendly, and extremely helpful. Front desk staff were rushed and not all that welcoming. Hotel is beautiful but at night very noisy due to cars racing around at the wee hours of the morning. Not a $445 per night hotel experience.

Hotel is on the flight path from LUV field, wasn’t a problem for me, not tremendously loud but it’s worth noting. Very comfortable bed. Nice restaurant in the hotel. Didn’t use the pool area but it looked immaculate. My only real issue was the shuttle service they offer, they stranded us for about 40 minutes, and street 3 calls to the front desk i was told the driver didn’t see us…we were standing on the sidewalk the entire time, they never drove by. The apology felt more like a “sorry, not sorry”. I would not trust that service. Cost me $30 to Uber back to the hotel.

Had a terrible stay here. Staff is nice, outside of property looks nice. But this hotel is old. The rooms can’t stay climate controlled. If it’s cold outside, it’s impossible to get the room to reasonable temp. I couldn’t imagine staying here is Summer it would be even more miserable. Then the ants came. I woke up one morning with feeling of something crawling on me. Look over to find that my soda on night stand has attracted 100s of ants. We seriously almost left in the middle of our stay it was so miserable. I was so embarrassed since this was a nice trip for valentine day for my girl and it was not good.
