The check in was a little messed up, the staff handled it well because i was boarderline where this could have been a terrible experience for everyone. I was tired and wanted to go to bed.
The staff was probably the best trained I've seen in a while, and they turned a terrible situation from terrible to go in a few minutes.
The property was clean and it was very quiet. The beds were comfy and the room was clean.
These are suites so there is a kitchen. That was the biggest downside, in the back section of the property, it smelled like old food. Inside the room it wasn't as bad.
They do not accept cash app cards, that was the biggest issue. I had just switched full time to cash app and closed my major bank card. It was a non negotiable amd i understood that. I wished it wasnt at 11pm at night after being at a confrence for 14 hours when i found out.
Luckily, there was someone close by that could come and help me. Since it was after 6pm, they had the right to fully charge the room to my card even though they wouldnt accept it in person while i was standing there.
That is uosetting, i hope you figure out a way around this in the future, ither hotels around you are taking them with no issue. I've added it to my list of places not to stay, which may or may not matter to you, you won't go out of business, nor do i want you to, without me staying at your hotel a few times a year.
I will, however, associate this with a bad experiance that could have been resolved another way.
