We got a complimentary “upgrade” to a two bedroom, which we did not need but we were grateful. However, the door key did not work, neither of the showers worked, there were bugs in the kitchen, and we had a lousy neighbor that kept banging on our walls at night. When we called the front desk to complain, they said they couldn’t do anything for us until the next day. Which at that point is too late for anything to be done. We asked for an extension because we got maybe two hours of sleep, and the most they could do was an hour. After bringing up all the issues again to the front desk, they basically told us they couldn’t do anything. I really don’t like to complain but this was a terrible experience and I would appreciate my money back for the night. It would be different if they had put more of an effort to fix things in the moment but the lack of care was really frustrating and the refusal to make it right was the cherry on top to this disappointing stay.
