My recent two-night stay at the First Grand Hotel Dammam was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's prime location made it incredibly convenient for my visit, and the outstanding level of service truly set it apart. The entire team, from the front office to housekeeping, demonstrated a commendable level of professionalism and efficiency. The front office staff provided a warm welcome and ensured a seamless check-in and check-out process. A special note of appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for their meticulous work. I was genuinely impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the entire hotel, from the public areas to my room. A particular thank you to Manish, whose attention to detail and dedication were truly outstanding. The combination of a well-maintained property, a strategic location, and a dedicated, professional staff makes the First Grand Hotel Dammam a true gem. Great new facilities, wonderful staff everybody is smiling. Only bad experience was in hotel restaurant. First night was great meal and second night when chef was not in the kitchen, i had a terrible experience with the food. Hope they will take more care of the restaurant
