Gorgeous 3,200 square foot custom home with an open floor plan. Highlights include:
* Chef's kitchen with Viking Range, Sub Zero Refrigerator, granite countertops & custom cabinets
* Expansive 20x30 stone patio overlooking the lake with a fire-pit, speakers & outdoor lighting
* 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with double vanities, showers & separate bathtubs.
* 5 SmartTVs including a 65" TV in the main living area

The Candlewood Lakehouse Estate is the perfect jumping off point for exploring Danbury and Candlewood Lake.

Important Note - This property does not have direct lake access, the nearby dock belongs to a neighboring property and is not for guest use. Additionally, the home is located at the top of a hill on a gravel road with a speed limit of 5 MPH. Please watch your speed and be mindful of occasional potholes. The garage will not be accessible during your stay. However, we provide ample parking in the driveway, which can comfortably accommodate up to 5 vehicles

Many of our summer guests bring their boats in on a trailer (there is plenty of room for trailer parking) and use the Lattins Cove Boat Launch (3 miles) for day use of Candlewood Lake.

Summer guest may also rent boats from local marinas - make sure to book early! Or, they can access the beach from the Candlewood Town Park. Please note - there is a daily fee of $35/adult and $25/child for non-resident access to the town park beach.

Exceptional holiday stay

The property was everything it was advertised as. Nick and Jess reached out multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. The home was large, comfortable and the kitchen lived up to the billing. The morning view from the upper bedroom areas over the lake was phenomenal. There was plenty of room for six adults and three kids and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We loved the home, enjoyed the area and look forward to a stay again next year. Without question, we would give it a 5 star rating!

I live in a private, stand alone town house In a condo complex which is why we wanted a rental for our weekend we got married to avoid any chaos with guest cars. The house was beautiful besides a few needed handyman Updates and nosy neighbor. Nick was kind when he informed us on the concerns from the neighbors and seem to feel upset as well . It is unfortunate such a beautiful home with down to earth host

Great weekend stay

We rented this property for a sweet 16 sleepover. There were 2 adults and 6 teens and everyone had an amazing time. The property is as beautiful as listed, the views are great, the space is amazing and well appointed, and everything was clean and orderly. The kitchen was really important to us and it was perfect with a great island, huge gas stove and large refrigerator. The owner was extremely accommodating and responsive. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Lakeview Estate was the perfect getaway, from the well kept property to, the massive kitchen, and what seemed like endless balconies to bask in the stunning lakeside view. Family reunion

This was a beautiful home to spend a long weekend with my family. Plenty of space inside, large kitchen, popcorn machine (kids fav) and an outdoor fire ring with plenty of chairs. It was a perfect property for us! Host checked in with us to make sure everything was fine, even though we did not have any issues. Highly recommend!
