The shower was stuck, I asked for 2 rooms nearby and they were given apart I wait almost half an hour at the reception poor service.

Unprofessional. I had to call the law because he double charged me and refused to give me my money back despite telling him i paid online and had resevations on my arrival. I let him swipe my card for damages like every other hotel i visited does. It took 7 business days for the money to come back and i had to borrow .oney to go home since i was there on business and had to submit expenses. Never again and i visit frequently.
