Guests 21+ only. IDENTIFICATION Required 72 hrs before check-in. Garage & mail off limits. No smoking, vaping, parties or large events allowed.
Only registered guests overnight, visitors ok in daytime. Pets $200 fee, no paws on beds/furniture. Trash Thursday night for Fri pickup at driveway.
Long stays: cleaning every 14 days, extra utilities billed if excessive. IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED AT CHECK IN OR PRIOR.
