This is an excellent hotel in every way. Its is a good city location. ALL the staff are very professional and friendly and help you with every need that you have. The rooms are very spacious, spotless and have every creature comfort like air con, tv, very good shower and a comfy bed. The lounge and terrace areas are fabulous and great for relaxing or working. The pool is very refreshing. The food and beverages are excellent and well priced. Generally is wonderful value for money and I will go back there every time. Thank you

They had glass on the floor in their hallway. While trying to get ice a piece of the glass went into my foot. Not only did I have to go to the hospital but they refused to pay for the medical bill. The receptionist was hitting on my girlfriend. The swimming pool is incredibly small. Does not look like the pool advertised. It is very shallow and would be good for kids but not for adults

Situated nicely around the main city center Hotel staff was brilliant but some improvements needed. Safe in room was not working, cleaning staff takes away towels without replacing them and air conditioning in the gym wasn’t working one morning

Central location, but quiet

In centre of town, short walk to waterfront. Very quiet with basicano traffic noise. Has nice deck/pool area for quiet drink and relax. Food at restaurant was good with variety of dishes. Issue checking in as they had no record from Hotels.com (booking had been made and paid for 9 months prior) took time but eventually was sorted.
