Just 9 miles from Northallerton, you'll have easy access to a lively town filled with independent shops, cafes, pubs, and a twice-weekly market featuring local goodies. A little further out, 10.5 miles away, is Richmond, known as 'The Gateway to the Dales.' Home to an 11th-century castle, this town is the perfect starting point for exploring the stunning countryside of Wensleydale and Swaledale, whether you’re walking or cycling. For even more adventure, the North York Moors National Park is just 25 miles away, offering endless rolling hills, valleys, and moorland to explore.
As you approach, you’ll be able to identify your accommodation as the middle pod of three similar properties. Guests can drive directly into their own private parking space, close the gates, and enjoy the security and peace the property offers. After a day of exploring, head back to the cosy, centrally heated open-plan pod. The unique curved ceiling and wooden interior create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the large comfortable sofa, whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and wind down in the tranquil space. There’s a modern shower room to freshen up and a snug double bed tucked away at the back of the pod for a restful night.
Outside, the fully enclosed private garden is perfect for unwinding. Light up the chimenea, enjoy a meal on the patio, or let your dog run around on your own private lawn. Perfect for star gazing on a clear night. Private parking within your pod garden, for one to two cars, is included for your convenience. The pod is located on a specialist dog exercise and training venue, which features two exercise paddocks, a training barn, and a dog wash station. Glamping guests can enjoy a complimentary session in one of these facilities, with additional sessions available at a discounted rate. Dog training or behaviourist sessions can also be booked during your stay (pre-booking required).
