The Space:

Orchard Wanderer by Tiny Away is set in the peaceful countryside of Darraweit Guim, just 9 minutes from Wallan (Wallan Wallan). Nearby attractions include Hidden Valley Resort, Hadfield Park, Tharra Park, and Mandalay Golf Course.



If you’re coming from Melbourne, it’s just about an hour’s drive, making it the perfect quick escape to enjoy fresh country air, open fields, trees, and everything you’d expect from a peaceful small-town countryside experience.



This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home has easy access to water, split-system air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and full bathroom facilities, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have three additional tiny homes—Orchard Wanderer 2, 3, and 4—available with 24 hours’ notice, giving you even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.



The tiny house is located approximately 100 meters from the main house and 120 meters from the main road. Each tiny house is positioned approximately 4 meters apart from the others.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and surrounding areas, with marked orchard spaces available for roaming. All other active business areas are open to guests, while restricted zones are clearly signposted for safety and privacy.



Guest Advisory



- Smoking is permitted only in designated, clearly marked areas located away from undercover spaces. Guests will find a smoking area within 100 metres of their cabin.

Orchard Wanderer by Tiny Away is set in the peaceful countryside of Darraweit Guim, just 9 minutes from Wallan (Wallan Wallan). Nearby attractions include Hidden Valley Resort, a scenic golf and country club; Hadfield Park, a community space with open lawns and a playground; Tharra Park, a quiet local park perfect for picnics and short walks; and Mandalay Golf Course, an 18-hole course set on rolling terrain with modern clubhouse facilities.



Getting Around:

By car:

- Reachable by both 2wd and 4wd



By public transport:



- Take the train to Wallan and take a taxi from there to the venue

Other Things to Note:

- WiFi available

- Child-friendly Accommodation

- NO Firepit and BBQ Grill available

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Please ensure used towels are placed over the shower door

- Wash, Dry and put away all dishes and cutlery used

- Empty rubbish and recycling in the bins located at the rear of the cabin, near the water pump

- Ensure all lights and appliances are switched off at the plug

- Lock the door and return key back in the lock box on check out

- A large container will be available in each cabin for guest use at no extra cost.

- Mobile reception is good for Telstra, Optus, or Vodafone only. While others are weak.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Pets are limited to (1) one pet per cabin, and must be on leash at all times. Please inform the host 24 hrs prior. The full policy will be sent before arrival.



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
