The staff at check in and check out were very courteous and professional. Room was very nice and clean. Nice layout. Quiet air conditioning unit. The only con is the pocket door in euro bathroom (toilet). Very hard to close. All it needs is a handle to help push the door to lock. That was the only small issue we had. I would stay again. Didn’t use any facilities or dining, but nice to see them in the hotel.

Staff were lovely, the hotel was very clean, our hotel room was wonderful. We had a room with a kitchen & it was awesome. One of the shelves was missing a clip, and hen I reached for a bowl, the entire shelf came crashing down with all of the plates, bowls, falling onto the ceramic tiles on the floor. No one was hurt (thankfully), and the housekeeping staff were great & apologetic. It was an accident, but scared the living daylights out of our daughter. They came and cleaned everything and brought us new dishes, etc. Denny’s is the restaurant on site & it’s great it’s attached and open 24/7! They have fantastic art located in the lobby & near the elevators too. The water slide & pool were a huge hit with our daughter as well! We would definitely recommend this hotel! :)

Good location, didn't enjoy the dining at Denny's. It was too cold and I had to go get a jacket to eat comfortably. The meal was cold and appetizer was served with the entre. The server was friendly but she forgot our drinks. But she was busy.
