Cheerful 3-bedroom villa in tranquil Mesudiye, Datça with sea view, pool. The house is within a 10 minute drive of the renouned, easygoing atmosphere of Ovabükü and Hayıtbükü beaches and boasts large rooms compared to others in the area. This is a great location from which to explore nearby tourist attractions such as Eski Datça and ruins of Cnidus (Knidos) while providing a quiet respite from the crowds when desired. Smoking is not permitted except at a designated smoking area.
The space
Enjoy our newly renovated, private pool and cold jacuzzi area with stunning sea and mountain views in the front of the house. The interior of the house boasts 3 spacious bedrooms with cedar flooring, closets and in-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have sea views. The open plan living room/kitchen is bright and cheery and has a sea/pool view from a large floor to ceiling window. There is a 4th common bathroom/laundry area off of the living room for your convenience as well as a designated smoking area outside underneath the shade of a 500 year old olive tree with a bench and sea view. The villa comfortably sleeps 6 people but will allow for a total of up to 8 guests with the use of 2 portable beds.
Guest access
You will be able to access all parts of the property with the exception of the storage closet under the stairs, the storage shed behind the house and the storage/pool mechanical room area near the pool. Guests are not permitted to use the fireplace or the large umbrella (there are 3 other umbrellas for use as shown in the pictures). Guests are not allowed to run or adjust the pool heater.
Other things to note
Book in Spring or Fall for great rates! A pool heater is available for use for $150 per week (in April, May and October). The pool is open from April 1 to October 15.

Toddlers and young children must be highly supervised around the pool area.

A groundskeeper will be on-site daily for watering plants as well as cleaning and setting up the pool area. A pool maintenance contractor will be on-site periodically for pool cleaning and maintenance.
