Checked in around midnight due to a delayed flight. It was my first time at Dusit and I was impressed—the room was spacious, the bathroom was large and very clean. Staff were courteous and professional. Only minor issue: the receptionist didn’t mention where breakfast would be served, which would’ve been helpful in such a big hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay and I’d gladly return.

We enjoyed our stay here at Dusit Hotel. There was a bit of a delay with our room due to a mix up with the booking. But the concierge handle it very well. Get our correct room ready ASAP and while waiting she gave us a complimentary drink at one of the restaurants… highly recommended.

-Front desk was not too efficient and helpful. Had to wait for 15-20 minutes for them to check in a guest before me. The line beside me seemed to have that same amount of wait time. -Room was okay with a huge bathroom. Sheets were not white and crisp. Bath towels were old. -Lobby bar staff were friendly, drinks were good -Tried calling front desk one day and I needed to dial thrice because nobody was picking up -Overall an average experience and I expected more in terms of service for a Dusit hotel

The staff are most courteous and friendly. Bed was comfortable thought the comforters/ duvets were not pristine white. Overall, it’s the best in Davao as I have stayed in various facilities. Would definitely recommend this place

Check in took me 20 mins, I was asked to step aside and didn’t check on me back. Didn’t even offered me places to stay and get refreshments. One of concierge staff is making face as well but had a change of mood with caucasian guests. It’s sad to feel racism and selective treatment in my own country. The place is supposed be “luxury” but I don’t think it’s well maintained; dirty window pane, piles of pigeon manure outside, dirty shower sinks, place is falling apart. We ordered room service food as well, chicken has still blood, mango shake is too sweet, dumpling is too salty. 2,500 breakfast buffet is okay but no worth it, I was expecting more for this price. Stay at this hotel if you can tolerate all of this but we are not coming back. We stayed in a suite and a king bed room. For half of its price, you can stay on a better hotel that is cleaner, better service and food.
